Description

We are looking for a social worker with DBT competence for a centralized DBT team that is part of the psychiatric reception for Affective Disorders at Uddevalla Hospital.

The DBT team will function as an overarching unit within NU Healthcare's adult psychiatry. The primary mission is to provide complete DBT treatment for patients aged 18 and over. In addition to the treatment mission, the team should maintain relevant competence in the area and, if necessary, serve as support for other receptions within the organization. The mission requires physical presence at the workplace; remote work is only allowed in exceptional cases.

Qualifications

You are a social worker or a licensed healthcare social worker. In addition, you have further education and experience in DBT and CBT.

The work requires personal maturity, experience, and a preference for working independently and making quick decisions. You should be resilient to stress and able to handle a fast-paced work environment. We expect you to be structured, clear, organized, and flexible, as well as having a willingness and interest in working and being part of a team.

We place great importance on personal suitability and value qualities such as flexibility and good social competence, where humor, initiative, and positive thinking are clear merits.
